Excellent Systems A/S:
The Excellent Systems Company is privately owned. The founder Ole Frederiksen designed the first flooring system back in 1983. The company started out producing industrial floor covering for industry as well as amusement parks.
Excellent Systems now produces a wider range of products. The development and production of a modular ramp system which is used for construction of ramps for the rehabilitation sector in Denmark, as well as the rest of the world, has become one of our key areas.
De Laval, ABB and several other major international companies and organisations sell and use our flooring system around the world. Our flooring and ramps are also used at several amusement parks in Denmark, and are also widely used at Danish schools.
In 1997 the development and production of the Excellent PavePad product range started. We had received Inquiries for this type of product and the few solutions on the market at that time were troublesome to work with or lacked the functionality we believe is needed for a viable solution.
The PavePad-vision:
In many major cities, the rooftops of city buildings are largely left unused. Often, flat rooftop areas on buildings represent expensive square metres because real estate in city centres tends to maintain a high price level. These areas are being used to a greater degree than earlier, and often as recreational areas in the form of rooftop terraces.
PavePad is a product, which is easy to use, has a large surface area, low weight and which will not damage the underlying rooftop covering. These parameters, amongst others, have played a key part in the development of the Excellent PavePad® system.
The Excellent PavePad® system is in many ways groundbreaking compared to its competitors. It is possible to stack the different PavePad types, in order to raise the paving level up to the desired height. Furthermore, the individual PavePad elements can be split into halves or quarters, without the need for special tools, for use in corners and sides of a terrace.
Geography:
All production, development, testing and controlling is taking place on our factory near Mørke, as well as our sales, accounting, marketing and installation department. Having all departments under the same roof provides the benefit of an enormous synergy effect on all areas of expertise, as well as a fast and effective communication.
Our company structure enables us to ensure a high quality for all our products, as well as a flexible production process. Our range of products is always under development to make sure the products live up to the expectations of the market, and the needs of our customers. All our products are patented, for both functionality and design.
Excellent Systems is a growth company on several markets, both in Denmark and abroad. We currently export to more than 35 countries around the globe. Our production facilities run 24/7 year round. Sales and Administration are manned during normal Danish office hours from 08:00 to 16:30 (CEST)
